In this section, we aim to keep you informed about our shipping process and associated costs. We understand the importance of clarity and reliability when it comes to shipping your favorite socks to your doorstep.

UK POSTAGE

Our Standard Tracked (48 hour) UK Delivery option is £1.99 (free over £40*), and we aim to have your parcel with you within 2 working days. Please note, orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Our Priority Tracked (24 hour) UK Delivery option is £2.99, and we aim to have your parcel with you the next working day (next day delivery is not guaranteed). Please note, orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking is provided for UK orders. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, and a link to track your parcel using Royal Mail's tracking service. Royal Mail will send you tracking updates via email.

We believe in building trust through a straightforward refund or exchange process, ensuring that your satisfaction is our top priority.
 
In this policy section, we outline the steps for returns and exchanges, aiming to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Your satisfaction is at the core of our return and exchange policy.

Returning a SOCKYWOKY item is quick & easy We are pleased to offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

Just make sure your items are:

Unworn in their original condition in their original packaging

RETURNING ORDERS – STEP BY STEP
Have your delivery paperwork handy
Fill out the returns and/or exchanges section BELOW
Print off the Freepost returns address label generated (UK only - for overseas orders, postage must be paid UNLESS the item is FAULTY. More info below.)
Pack your item(s) and paperwork, attach the address label and send back to us
A refund will be applied to the debit/credit card used to pay once we’ve processed it – you’ll also get an email.

We are only able to exchange an item for another of the same value. If you would like to exchange for an item of a different value, please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund, and place a new order for your desired item(s). This will ensure you receive your new item(s) quickly.
